SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hand-held machine, particularly, to perforators. Proposed tool comprises working member, case 103, drive motor 111, motion converter section and transmission section. This tool comprises also dynamic damper 151 arranged inside motion converter section 113 nearby drive motor 11 and inside case 103. Internal boundary inside conversion section 113 is defined by its outer boundary while outer boundary there inside is defined by drive motor periphery.
EFFECT: efficient vibration damper inside tool case.
