SUBSTANCE: invention relates to small cart handle equipped with current conducting sections. Handle 1 has different sections made of different materials. Handle side sections are composed of current conducting elements attached to the handle and made of material that features higher current conductivity than that of other sections. Current conducting sections are glued to handle body or adhered thereto by some other method.
EFFECT: removal of electric current with no deterioration of handle strength.
