SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structural materials and can be used to produce structural ceramics, mainly bricks and ceramic facing stones. The ceramic mixture contains low-melting clay and industrial wastes with particle size smaller than 0.315 mm, consisting of 80 wt % thermal power plant ash and 20 wt % flue dust from alumina calcination furnaces, where the ratio SiO2:Al2O3=1:1, with the following ratio of components, wt %: low-melting clay - 85-90; said industrial wastes - 10-15.
EFFECT: high compression strength of articles.
