FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method for low-oxidation heating of metal products in an oven with aerodynamic separation of lower low-oxidation and upper oxidation zones in burners of the low-oxidation zone involves combustion of gas and air in the ratio providing production of incomplete-combustion products in the form of exogas that is supplied to location zone of a heated product with excess air factor in the range of 0.4-0.6; gas and air is burnt in burners of the oxidation zone in the ratio providing production of incomplete-combustion products that are supplied to oxidation zone of the oven with excess air factor in the range of 3.0-5.0. Exit velocity of incomplete combustion products supplied to the low-oxidation zone of the oven is set equal to exit velocity of incomplete-combustion products supplied to the oxidation zone of the oven; with that, smaller part of incomplete-combustion products of the low-oxidation zone is burnt in recuperators of the low-oxidation zone and evacuated from the oven, and larger part of incomplete-combustion products of the low-oxidation zone is supplied to the oxidation zone, in which they are additionally burnt, and as a result, heat is transferred to the heated product, and then, they are evacuated through recuperators of the oxidation zone.
EFFECT: improving quality of heated metal owing to using exogas for screening of the heated product, which is obtained for in the combustion chamber of a special burner and provides exclusion of combustion on surface of the heated metal product and formation on its surface of local oxidation zones on metal.
