SUBSTANCE: display control device includes a display unit having a touch screen display and connected with possibility of moving towards a housing, a drawing unit for drawing a display object based on touch coordinates when drawing by hand as a touch action for the display device, and a detection unit for detecting the position of the display unit relative the housing. The device also includes a control unit for control when the detection unit detects that the display unit has been moved, in order to have a mutual arrangement, such that the display surface of the display device moves into position while facilitating touching, and the housing supports the display unit so that it does not move due to the force acting on the display surface in a direction substantially perpendicular to the display surface in order to display a display element to obtain a hand drawing on the display device.
EFFECT: enabling operating mode switching when the position of the display device changes, providing stability thereof relative a force applied due to the touching action.
