SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely physiotherapy. According to the method, the patient is exposed to a heated therapeutic agent. The therapeutic agent is presented by Sol-Iletsk or sea salt heated to 38 - 42°C. That is combined with general procedures, or local procedures for hands and feet. The general procedures involve placing the patient in a bath on salt and covering the patient's body with salt of the thickness of 5-10 cm with leaving the heart area free. The procedure length is 5 to 20 minutes. The procedures are performed every second day or two days running with a pause on the third day. The local procedures are daily. The extremity is immersed in salt completely. The procedure length is 20 minutes. The procedures are performed in a medical booth. The booth comprises a bath, an electric infrared heater, an ultraviolet air irradiator and a tubular heating element (THE) mounted along the area of the bath bottom. The therapeutic course is 10-20 procedures.

EFFECT: method provides the therapeutic effect ensured by the combined effect of dry heated salt, salt-saturated air and the mechanical effect of salt crystals.
