METHOD FOR NON-SWITCHING TEST ON CENTRIFUGE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAYS WITH SELF-RESET Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC G01M7/00

FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: all tested relays are installed simultaneously on a centrifuge; measurement and control of parameters of the relays are combined and performed simultaneously at all the relays without any switching of wires per one increase of voltage of only one current source E1 of power supply of coils of all the relays simultaneously till actuation voltage of all the relays and per one decrease till reset voltage of all the relays. Voltage of current source E1 is changed at variable speed: quickly out of voltage intervals of both probable actuation, and probable reset of the relay, and slowly inside those intervals, and by switching only one toggle switch of plus supply of voltage of source E1 simultaneously to coils of all the relays it is possible to change over from measurement and control of one combination of parameters simultaneously at all the relays to measurement and control of the other combination of parameters simultaneously at all the relays, and by including a certain number of toggle switches, it is possible to measure and control the parameters randomly of any combination of the relays. Measurements and control of parameters are performed for several times at the test interval with further exclusion of obviously erroneous results, and as evaluation of the parameter value there taken is average value of the rest results; with that, first, two measurements are performed; the obtained results are compared to the Specification (TU) requirements and to the results of the previous tests, and accuracy of measurement results is specified; if the result is erroneous, additional measurements are performed till an accurate results is obtained, and as evaluation of the parameter, there taken is average value of the previously obtained and additional measurements.

EFFECT: number of simultaneously tested relays is increased; switching of wires of the diagram is excluded during the test; the relay test procedure is simplified; evaluation accuracy and reliability of control of the relay parameters is improved.
