SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. Keeper support 1 for temporary installation of instrument 13 of aircraft wheel 8 comprises two bearing elements 2 interconnected by axle 4. Elements 2 serve to rest on ground and wheel tire 8 and are located along axis parallel with wheel axis. Said support comprises drives 7, 9 to displace said elements 2 to inactive position and to locked position. Said drives comprises lever 7 with its one end coupled with the end of U-like element 9. Both arms 902 of U-like element are arranged to turn at the ends of one of two bearing elements 2. Observation device 13 is installed at lever 7 with the help of platform 6. Note here that said support 1 is mounted at the wheel so that device 13 is shifted relative to landing gear leg 18. Device 13 comprises set of IR transducers, set of imaging transducers, data transceiving means, memory and computer.
