SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises elongated cylindrical housing 14 with cover 7 with holes 11 screwed therein and ring bolt 8 at the center engaged with handling g system 9 whereto connected is cable 10 connected to DC source negative terminal. Device bottom end is open Through holes 13 to cover top and at the casing outer surface are made. Electrolyte 4 flows through cover and case holes from the surface via casing column 5 connected at day surface with positive terminal of current source and, by lower end, screwed on top end o filter end 1. Formed is electric circuit: current source "+", downed tubing 5, filter 1, electrolyte in gap between filter inner surface and device case outer surface, device 14, cable 10, current source "-", current flow therein dissolves filter metal completely.

EFFECT: higher reliability.
