FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to farm industry, in particular, to technologies for production of vegetal raw material fodder additives for animal breeding. The method for production of chlorella-containing vegetal raw material fodder additive for farm animals involves stirring of preliminarily treated cellulose-containing raw materials with nutritional additives, microorganisms introduction, maintenance and subsequent treatment. The cellulose-containing raw materials are represented by sunflower husks and beet pulp. Preliminary treatment of the cellulose-containing raw materials is performed by way of extrusion at a temperature of 110-130°C. The produced extrudate is milled with subsequent 5-10 minutes' stirring and introduction of nutritional additives in the form of yeast autolysate and a chlorella suspension. The initial components are taken at the following ratio, wt %: beet pulp - 15-20, sunflower husks 75-77.5, yeast autolysate - 0.3-0.4, chlorella suspension - balance. Then microorganisms of F-98 Trichoderma viride strains are in introduced into the mixture in an amount of 1-2% of the mixture weight and maintained during 6-8 days at a temperature of 26-30°C with periodical stirring. The produced wet mixture is dried till moisture content is equal to 10-12% at a temperature of 40-50°C and is milled.

EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance nutritional value and protein content in the additive as well as preserve vitamins.
