In compliance with eight version, device includes high-frequency power generator, primary coil operating in eigenfrequency, primary coil resonance frequency control device and control device controller. Said controller makes HF power frequency approximates to resonance frequency of primary LC-resonator and secondary LC-resonator. Primary LC-resonator and secondary LC-resonator operate in different frequencies to reach changed resonance frequency.
