FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device for bitumen production comprises a hollow reactor 1 with a built-in separator 5 and a cavitation-vortex device 7, connected with a line of raw materials supply 10, 14 and a pipeline for supply of an agent medium 12, 16, promoting conversion of the raw materials into a finished product, a manifold of drain 24 of the finished product from the reactor 1 and a steam gas channel 18 to removal of the steam and gas phase from the reactor, at the same time the reactor 1 is made in the form of a heated vacuumised chamber, and the cavitation-vortex device 7 comprises at least two coaxially and oppositely arranged nozzles 8, 9 in the chamber, each with the line of raw materials supply 10, 14 and a pipeline of agent medium supply 12, 16, besides, in the steam-gas channel 18 there is serially installed at least one capacitor 19 with a drain tract and one pumping facility 21 for removal of the steam and gas phase from the reactor.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to perform all stages of bitumen production in one reactor, which reduces mass and size characteristics of bitumen production and reduces construction costs for its development, and increases quality of oxidised bitumen by means of removal of by-products and secondary products.
