SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to device to centre nacelle air intake section to mid section. Device comprises centring pin 52 arranged in holder 52 secured at moving section 4 or at fixed section 5. Note here that said pin 52 has central axis 56 and intake bore 60 made in support plate 62 secured at fixed section 5 or moving section 4 to receive centring pin 52. Centring device 50 comprises additional moving attachment system 70 to align centring pin central axis 56 with central axis 72 of said attachment system 70 or that of intake bore 60 to allow said centring pin 52 to enter central bore 71. Besides it additionally comprises locking means 80 for said attachment system 70.
