FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in device for inductive power transmission from static package containing at least one primary inductance coil to a nearby transportation vehicle containing at least one secondary inductance coil the static package includes sensing device for detection of an electroconductive object inside of predetermined space adjoining the primary inductance coil. Such space can be understood, in particular, as an area between the primary and secondary inductance coils during inductive power transmission. Sensing device contains at least one measuring inductance coil to measure electrical impedance of measuring inductance coil and analyser connected to measuring device. Measuring inductance coil can represent the primary inductance coil. Preferably there should be several measuring inductance coils which form well-ordered 2D-construction located at least approximately in the same plane and oriented perpendicular to the main direction of magnetic field created by the primary inductance coil during operation.
