SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for making beverages, having a drip tray with a supporting device for cups, mugs or other containers. The machine for making liquid food or beverage comprises a module (2) for making liquid food or beverage, having an outlet (95) of the liquid food or beverage, a supporting device (6), a collector (6a), such as drip tray. The supporting device (6) comprises an area (61) of dosing. The supporting device additionally comprises an area (62) in which dosing is not performed, and which is intended for placement of the containers after use and for removal of the liquid into the collector. The supporting device (6) extends around the module (2) or around its part, in particular along the front part and along one or both sides of the module. The drip tray unit comprises the supporting device (6), the collector (6a), the area (61) of dosing on which or over which the container (30, 31) for collecting liquid food or beverage can be placed. The supporting device comprises an area (62) in which dosing is not performed.
EFFECT: higher quality of liquid food and beverages.
