One describes a method for production of preserves "Fried anchovy in tomato sauce"; the method envisages recipe components preparation with introduction of ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake that is preliminarily poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
