FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: vibration sensor of excessive pressure comprises a tightly covered body, a sensitive element, a sensor of vibration excitation, a sensor of vibration pickup, an amplifier, a converter and a recorder. The sensitive element is arranged inside the body and receives pressure of the measured medium. The sensitive element is made in the form of a primary converter comprising two coaxial pipes of different diameter connected by upper bases with each other and lower bases with each other by means of upper and lower figured nozzles accordingly. The lower figured nozzles are connected to the body via a valve block. The inner pipe of the primary converter is made with holes. The vibration pickup sensor and the vibration excitation sensor shifted relative to each other by 90 degrees are screwed into the outer pipe of the primary converter. The amplifier is connected by its inlet to the sensor of vibration pickup, and with the output of vibration excitation and the converter. The outlet of the converter is connected to the recorder, which displays the value of the excessive pressure of the measured medium.
EFFECT: higher accuracy, increased range and reliability of measurement.
