SUBSTANCE: device for transmitting and receiving information employs nonlinear frequency-modulated signals at the transmitting side of a first and a second nonlinear frequency-modulated signal generator, and at the receiving side of a first and a second dispersive delay line for nonlinear frequency-modulated signal and a first and a second adjusted bandpass filter. The amplitude-frequency characteristics of the filters have the form of an inverse function with respect to the spectrum.
EFFECT: high noise immunity for a low signal-to-noise ratio.
