FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: rotary frequency changer according to the first version (version 1) comprises a stator of an induction motor with a number of poles p1, a rotor of an induction motor with a short-circuited winding, besides, the rotor of the induction motor is hollow and additionally comprises a coaxial rotor of a synchronous generator of reverse type with a number of pole pairs p2. Inside the rotor of the synchronous generator there is a stator of the synchronous generator, the stator of the induction motor comprises switched windings with the number of pole pairs p1, p3, p4, besides p1 ≠ p2, p3 ≠ p2, p4 ≠ p2; p1 ≠ p3 ≠ p4, between the rotor of the induction motor and the rotor of the synchronous generator there is a bushing, providing for absence of the magnetic connection between them. A rotary frequency changer according to the second version (version 2) comprises a stator of an induction motor with number of pole pairs p1 and a rotor of a synchronous motor with permanent magnets. Besides, the rotor of the synchronous motor is hollow and additionally comprises a coaxial rotor of the synchronous generator of reverse type with a number of pole pairs p2. Besides, inside the rotor of the synchronous generator there is a stator of the synchronous generator with the number of pole pairs p2, between the rotor of the induction motor and the rotor of the synchronous generator there is a bushing, which provides for absence of the magnetic connection between them.
EFFECT: higher reliability and improved weight and dimension characteristics of a rotary frequency changer.
