Mainline of the fishing tier passes through the idle wheels mounted on the base with the ability of their vertical movement. The system also comprises a device for receiving a tier with the roller fixed at the lower part and the retaining rings held under water by interlinked anchors, through each of which the fishing tier passes. The end ring is provided with a coil made with the ability to rotate around the rod fixed to the ring body.
