FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hardware required to conduct chemical processes in gas-fluid medium. Reactor comprises reaction tube tangentially fitted in separator composed of cylindrical and conical parts, circulation tube, pipes feeding phosphoric acid and live steam and pipes to discharge ammonium phosphate pulp and steam. Note here that said reactor comprises additional pipe to feed sulfuric or nitric acid arranged in separator taper part under pump discharge pipe some at 0.5-1.5 of its diameter and shifted towards fluid horizontal motion by at least two diameters of pulp discharge pipe.
EFFECT: increase in actual hours to 7200 h/year.
