SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mine-car electric vehicles. Proposed device comprises a mine-car with rectangular shield from rubber-textile belt as false bottom tray. In compliance with first version, said diaphragm has weight secured from tray side. In compliance with second version, diaphragm is composed by a set of sections with weight secured to every section of mine-car bottom side. In compliance with third version, top air pressure valve is mounted at mine-car bottom. In compliance with fourth version, compressed air feed pipe is arranged at mine-car bottom. In compliance with fifth version, top air pressure valve with compressed air feed pipe is arranged at mine-car bottom. In compliance with all versions, diaphragm is bolted to boards by chambered plate or round rolled stock.
EFFECT: higher reliability and safety, self-cleaning without stops.
