SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a device for determining parameters of location of downcoming inclined bore pits and wells, which contains a base in the form of a plate with a circular level and a radial scale in the form of a two-coordinate network, which are arranged on it, a ball hinge attached to the base and consisting of a housing and a ball pivot, as well as a rod equipped with a plumb bob. The ball pivot has a through axial hole and is put on upper part of the rod so that it is borne against a stop. A hold-down pipe equipped with a stop is hinged to lower part of the rod by means of posts. And the plum bob is equipped with a spot light. The ball hinge housing is made in the form of a spherical ring.

EFFECT: determining numerical values of inclination angles of downcoming inclined bore pits and wells.
