SUBSTANCE: device has a control information extraction section which extracts information indicating the number of CQIs contained in the control information, reception quality measurement sections which measure reception quality of each subcarrier within the transmission bandwidth, a CQI generating section which generates CQIs for some of the carriers with a higher reception quality within the communication bandwidth, a multiplexer which multiplexes CQIs, information on the number of subcarriers generating CQIs, ACK or NACK signals, an SC selection section which selects a number of subcarriers from a base station device with a higher reception quality assigned using CQI assignment information.
EFFECT: high information capacity which can be transmitted, low power consumption due to a lower value of the control signal and high throughput of the system due to reduced interference.
