Said fine inorganic additive represents commercial fine natural chalk or ground dust-like quartz or fine siliceous filler Said hydroxyethylcellulose represents nonionic grades like "Натросол" 250 GXR, or "Натросол" 250 MX, or "Натросол" 250 EXR.
EFFECT: higher isolation properties plus lower contraction.
