FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises thermal machine 1 with load assembly, fuel hardware with fuel feed control element drive 5, shaft rpm transducer 2, fuel feed control element position transducer and fuel feed adjusting element position transducer. System comprises thermal machine first control unit 6, first comparator 8, second driver 7, second comparator 9, rpm transducer output signal multiplier 2 and fuel feed adjusting element position transducer, controller static parameter corrector 11, controller operation algorithms unit 12 and load assy power variator 13. First and second comparators 8, 9, second driver 7, controller static parameter corrector 11 and controller operation algorithms unit 12 are incorporated in microprocessor controller 14. Thermal machine shaft rpm transducer 2 is connected with second driver 7, second rpm transducer output signal multiplier 10, fuel feed element adjusting mechanism transducer and controller static parameter corrector 11. Fuel feed element adjusting mechanism transducer is connected with actuator 5, adjusting element 4, second comparator 9, rpm transducer output signal multiplier 2, fuel feed element adjusting mechanism transducer and controller static parameter corrector 11. Said controller static parameter corrector 11 is connected with multiplier 10 of rpm transducer output signal multiplier 2 and first comparator 8. First comparator 8 is connected with first driver 6 and controller operation algorithms unit 12. Said controller operation algorithms unit 12 is connected with actuator 5. Second comparator 9 is connected with second driver 7 and load variator assy is connected with thermal machine 1.
