FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device contains the unit for insulation control of the protected network which is connected to network phases and earthing device and actuating relay which winding is connected to output of the above unit for insulation control and its contact is connected to the circuit of switch shutoff circuit; there is also optron, capacitor and amplifier in the circuit. At that optron input is connected in series to winding of actuating relay. Optron output is connected to capacitor charging circuit and capacitor is connected through its discharging circuit to amplifier input; load circuit of the amplifier includes winding of stand-by relay which contacts are connected to shutoff circuit of switch-gear cubicles through auxiliary contact of switch that feeds voltage to the protected network.
EFFECT: improving reliability of protective cutout device.
