FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed winder comprises housing 1 accommodating worm shaft 2 with bobbin 3 fitted thereon at its left side and fear 4 fitted thereon at the right. Precise displacement of actuator without extra adjustments is ensured by making shaft worm engage with worm wheel 5 engaged with cam 6 with cardioid closed profile of working surface whereon roller 7 roll fitted on axle 8 inserted into slider 9 displacing in guides of housing 1.Two pins 10 are fitted at slider end to allow working material (wire, conductor, cable, etc) to pass there between. Worm shaft gear 4 engages with gear 11 fitted on drive shaft 12 with handle 13 secured thereat. Gear 14 engages with gear 11 and has the teeth in number equal to that of gear 4. It is fitted on shaft 15 with output end connected with the shaft of turn counter 16. Rocker 17 fitted under gear 4 on axle 18 has its ledge forced into the socket between teeth of gear rim by spring 19.
EFFECT: higher reliability, simplified design.
