FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of temperature measurements and may be used to measure speed of temperature variation in automated systems for control of product heating and also wells and furnaces in metallurgical industry. A digital meter is proposed to measure speed of temperature variation, comprising serially connected thermal converter and a frequency pulse converter of temperature, a reversible counter of pulses, a generator of reference frequency, the first and also second divider of frequency and a digital indicator. The device additionally comprises serially connected unit of summation-distraction and a unit of frequency signals subtraction, and also a binary multiplier of frequency, a double-input logical circuit "OR". Transition from discrete processing of information to continuous one makes it possible to increase efficiency of differentiation operation performance.
