FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be applied for surgical treatment of chronic impairment of duodenal patency from mini-access. On the eve of operation 150 ml of heated to 37°C water are introduced to patient into lumen of duodenum through biopsy channel of endoscope in the process of carrying out fibrogastroduodenoscopy at the end of examination by means of Janet syringe. After that, ultrasonic examination, during which location of duodenum is controlled, is carried out. Organ contour is determined and presented on anterior abdominal wall by dots in schematic way. During operation longitudinal up to 5 cm long cut of skin, subcutaneous adipose cellular tissue, aponeurosis is made maximally close to the dots. Universal basic set of instruments of "mini-assistant" series is installed and duodenum is exposed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce trauma.
