FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method to assemble a flexible rotary connector for electronic circuit boards provides for using a flexible flat multiple-wire tail with flat printed conductors and contacts at its ends. The tail is rolled in the form of a continuous extended spiral. One part of the spiral is arranged perpendicularly to the other one. The first part of the spiral is arranged in a cylindrical body, in the upper part of which there is a hole for discharge of the second orthogonal part of the spiral from it. According to the second version of the method of assembly of a flexible rotary connector, the tail is rolled in the form of a continuous extended spiral of arched shape. Preservation of the spiral shape is provided by means of its placement into an elastic protective shell or due to selection of tail material.

EFFECT: provision of a flexible rotary non-damaged connection of circuit boards that are at the distance to each other, which expands operational capabilities of a connector.
