Aircraft comprises boom-shape airframe with fixed front section, wing, all-moving front horizontal triangular fins and tractor-propeller. Said tractor-propeller comprises hollow shaft and is coupled with fixed front case (FFC). Said FCC is composed of an integral part or several parts. Tractor-propeller diameter is larger than the span of horizontal fins. Central part of horizontal fins is separated from other part by two lengthwise aerodynamic baffles.
