SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary science and may be used in artificial insemination. The sperm is sampled from a stud ram by using an artificial vagina presented in the form of a solid whole-piece coaxial rubber pipe having an elastic oval ring. The sperm is sampled by generating dosed vacuuming in the vaginal cavity at: two short suctions for 2-3 seconds, and one long suction for 4-5 seconds, after a pause of 10-15 seconds.
EFFECT: using the declared invention enables an increase in the ejaculate volume.
