SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, fresh white cabbages chopping and freezing, carrots, white vegetables and bulb onions cutting, sauteing in melted fat and straining, rabbit meat and greens cutting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with bone broth and maintenance for swelling, cabbages and greens mixing to produce garnish, carrots, white vegetables, bulb onions and pumpkin seeds extraction cake mixing with bone broth, tomato paste, sugar, salt, black hot pepper and laurel leaf to produce a sauce, the rabbit meat, garnish and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
