SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. The method of purification of fraction of manure runoff and wastewater of housing and public utilities using methane fermentation performed by biocenose of anaerobic bacteria, is proposed. The cavitation treatment of the liquid fraction of manure or wastewater is carried out. Separately, the structured and biologically active water is prepared followed by its dilution in the anaerobic bioreactor with liquid fraction of manure or sewage water cavitation treated 10 -30 times. A solution of biologically active substances (BAS) is prepared. The bioreactor is filled with the solution of BAS in the amount of 0.1% of the total volume of the fermentation medium. The seed material is added in amount 30% of the volume of fermentation medium for implementation of methane fermentation, the methane fermentation is carried out in mesophilic mode. Drying the produced biogas is carried out. The return process water is obtained by filtering the fermentation liquid through the first biological filter. The first biological filter with precipitated solids is directed in mud collector for release from sediment. Then the process water leaked through the first direct biological filter is directed for recirculation back into the bioreactor or for the subsequent filtering through the second filter for preparation of physiologically valuable potable water.

EFFECT: invention enables to intensify the process of fermentation, to increase the fermentation depth of fermentable substrate with increase in the yield of biogas with a methane content of more than 75%, to accelerate formation of biocenosis of anaerobic bacteria, to reduce the chemical oxygen demand by 78% of the initial value, to obtain recycling water supply with the ability to obtain physiologically valuable potable water.
