Bearing inner race is fixed at said bar while two spring-loaded levers with dampers are arranged at bearing outer race. Small wheels are fitted at the ends of said levers to interact with inner surface, wheels rotational axes being parallel with that of said bar.

EFFECT: simplified design, higher quality of machining.
