SUBSTANCE: method envisages carrots and bulb onions cutting and sauteing in vegetable oil, fermented cabbages frying in vegetable oil and the listed components mixing to produce garnish. One performs tomatoes cutting and stewing, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, coriander and laurel leaf to produce a sauce. One performs cod cutting, mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, the cod, garnish and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
