FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to balancing equipment and can be used for precision dynamic balancing of gyro rotors. Proposed device comprises measuring system, appliance to support article to be balanced and contrast mark sensor arranged at the measuring system bed located in vacuum chamber. It includes cooling and air force in/out system and laser to remove materials from balanced article surface. Besides, it comprises the system of protection of balanced article parts and surfaces from fouling by laser processing products connected with air cooling and force in/out system. It includes also balanced article drive power supply, electronic modules connected with transducers and data control system built around PC to control balancing process. Additionally, this machine comprises radiators of the first and second correction planes optically connected with the system feeding laser beam to vacuum chamber and electrically connected with electronics modules. Said system feeding laser beam to vacuum chamber is connected optically with said radiators of the first and second correction planes and with the system changing laser beam direction between correction planes.
EFFECT: automatic balancing, higher precision, simplified process, ease of changeover.
