SUBSTANCE: device contains an inertial accumulator connected mechanically to an electric engine-generator and a thermal engine connected mechanically to the second electric generator; a gasifying unit included into a machine for solid domestic waste sorting, a machine for solid domestic waste drying, a machine for solid domestic waste grinding, a machine for solid domestic waste charging and a gasifier for solid domestic waste. The latter has an output for gasification product and a discharge port for slag removal; it contains a sealed enclosure of the gasifier with one or several plasma guns installed in its wall. The gasifier also includes a compressor connected to the output for gasification product and a storage tank for gasification product connected to the compressor output. Fuel feed input of the thermal engine is connected to the output of the storage tank for gasification product; the electric engine-generator through a frequency converter is connected electrically in parallel to the second electric generator and in parallel to the output terminals of the device.
