FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment of chemical and pharmaceutical industries, production of construction materials, etc. Proposed device comprises intake chamber with initial component feed pipes, interconnected cylindrical working chambers arranged concentrically and equipped transfer and rotation drives of motion around intersecting axes. Working chambers are concentrically fitted one in the other. Inner walls of said chambers are rigidly connected with intake chamber. Outer walls of said chambers can turn about relative motion axes. Concentric arrangement of said working chambers allows a notable decrease in overall dimension of the device. rigid connection of chamber inner walls with chamber and chamber wall rotation about axes of relative displacement ensure different pattern of their absolutes and relative motion. This brings about active force action on emulsions or dispersions to be mixed and dispersed. This results from fluid mix displacement in circular channels composed by cylindrical chamber walls running in opposite directions by gravity, centrifugal and Coriolis forces of inertia. Those forces ensure active axial and radial mixing under turbulence conditions with formation of spiral vortices.
EFFECT: intensified dispersion and mixing.
