FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method of arc manufacturing includes making near-support panels with support units of the arc, then on the construction site all panels are built rectilinearly, and lower sheet gusset plates with width equal to width of panels are applied and fixed to panels onto their joints. Afterwards the gusset plate is bent by these gusset plates to design contour of panels, and open joints of panels are covered with U-shaped volume welded gusset plates, and these are first fixed to upper shelves of panels, and then - to walls of panels. Afterwards the arc is mounted onto supports.
EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness of arcs manufacturing and transportation.
