SUBSTANCE: method comprises metering and mixing in a predetermined sequence of soybean flour, sucrose, dry milk, palm kernel oil, dry greenbug, Wesson salt, dry brewing yeast, tocopherol, ascorbic acid, agar-agar, vitamins B1, B6, B12, metaben, inositol and distilled water. All components are taken in certain proportions.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention enables to reduce the consumption of expensive and labour consuming to manufacture components, to shorten the period of preparation of the nutrient medium and to reduce the energy consumption of production.
