SUBSTANCE: method involves chicken meat and mutton cutting and frying in vegetable oil, chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, paprika, tomatoes, bulb onions and cucumbers cutting and blanching, spring onion, garlic greens and parsley greens cutting and freezing, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with acetic acid, salt, black hot pepper and red sweet pepper, the produced mixture and tomato juice packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
