SUBSTANCE: method for production of preserved salad with sausage, potatoes and mayonnaise involves chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, potatoes cutting and blanching, carrots blanching and cutting, parsley greens cutting and freezing, sweet cherries pitting and blanching, fresh green peas freezing, cooked sausage and brined cucumbers cutting, the listed components mixing with salt, citric acid, black hot pepper and mustard, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation. In the mixture composition one additionally uses ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake that is preliminarily poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling while the components are used at the following expenditure ratio, weight parts: cooked sausage - 58.3, chicken eggs - 29.3, potatoes - 284.4-300, carrots - 156-160, green peas - 121.1, brined cucumbers - 192.8, parsley greens - 25, sweet cherries - 25, pumpkin seeds extraction cake - 18, mayonnaise - 160, salt - 9.8, citric acid - 0.4, black hot pepper - 0.2, mustard - 2, water till the target product yield is equal to 1000.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
