SUBSTANCE: adaptive digital predicting and differentiating device includes a third subunit for calculating a second derivative at a first n-th (current) calculation point of the input process history, having an inverter unit and an adder, the first term input of which is connected through the inverter unit to the adder output of a first subtractor, the second term input of the adder is connected to the multiplexer output of an adaptation unit, and the adder output of the subunit is the fourth data output of the device.
EFFECT: obtaining a second derivative estimate using a numerical differentiation formula for equidistant function nodes at the n-th calculation point of the history of an input smoothed discrete sequence.
