FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: areas of the greatest interest in the probability sense are selected from a common scanning area and full information thereon is transmitted to a ground-based system. An information source is installed on a mobile aerial object, said source being connected via two-way communication through a storage device to an on-board computer. The ground-based system includes a code generator for the selected area, which is connected via two-way communication to the corresponding input/output of one automated workstation computer.
EFFECT: high noise immunity of data communication between mobile aerial objects and ground-based systems in air-to-air and air-to-ground channels, high accuracy of reproducing the relief of the earth's surface and resolution of objects located thereon at a fixed rate of transmitting data over a broadband link.
