ROLLER ANTIFRICTION BEARING Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC F16C19/22 F16C19/26 F16C33/34 F16C33/58

Abstract RU 2520869 C2

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. An antifriction bearing comprises an inner race (2) fitted by a cylindrical roller path with collars (4) on both roller path sides, an outer race (1) fitted by a cylindrical roller path with a collar (5) on one roller path side, rolling elements made as cylindrical rollers (3) and a bearing cage to separate the rollers. The ends of the rollers (3) are of spherical shape with the sphere radius being equal to the roller (3) radius. The roller paths of the races (1, 2) have the profile mating the profile of rollers (3). The roller path of the race (1) is additionally fitted by a projection (6) made on the side opposite to the collar (5) and mating the profile of rollers (3) as well, the projection (6) height is defined by the possibility of assembling the bearing, for example, due to the race (1) heating.

EFFECT: increased permissible load in axial direction taken up by a bearing.
