FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test methods and devices of serviceability and reliability of impact-action devices. Essence of the invention: pile driving hammer is located on a test bench so that it can be moved along a vertical axis, and an energy sink is located under the hammer anvil coaxially to the latter. Tests are performed at constant resistance force at the whole braking distance, which is close to a failure mode, i.e. at maximum loads. Pressure in a braking chamber of the device is determined by an exit velocity of working liquid through a slot between outer surface of the head and inner side surface of a cylindrical two-step ring, which is made in the form of a paraboloid, and energy transfer from the striker to the energy sink is performed through liquid. The test bench includes a test hammer, a working element and an energy sink, which are vertically located. The energy sink housing with an external flange in the upper part is made in the form of a cylindrical cavity coaxial to the test hammer and equipped with a solid bottom, the end surface of which faces inside the housing and on the same end surface of which there formed is a coaxial blind two-step bore, in which a two-step ring is installed, which is adjacent to it along the appropriate outer side surface and provided with a coaxial inner side surface made in the form of a paraboloid. In a guide unit fixed on the housing flange there formed is a through-type cylindrical step-like bore that is coaxial to the housing and in which a movable striker is arranged in a restricted way as in guides along the axis and which is equipped with an annular projection in the middle part.
EFFECT: improvement of reliability and enlargement of functional capabilities.
