The required technical result is achieved due to that the apparatus, which includes a register, a group of registers, a clock-pulse generator, a counter, a pulse multiplying unit, two multiplier units, two subtractor units, a divider unit, an integrator unit, further includes two registers, a subsequent coalition forming unit, a unit for setting the value 1 to a given position of the binary representation of a number, an integrator, a unit for decreasing by 1 and three factorial calculating units.

EFFECT: faster operation of the apparatus, which enables, based on the characteristic function of a cooperative game, to find its solution in the form of a Shapley value faster than in equivalent software implementation.
