FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, specifically to load-bearing beam structures of buildings and facilities of different purpose. In wooden glued beam, consisting of longitudinal walls assembled from glued solder pads and inclined stiffening ribs fastening them by means of glue, the last-mentioned are located end-to-end to each other at an angle to the horizontal axis of the beam, taken in the range from 30° to 60°, number of solder pads in each wall is from 2 to 5, number of the walls themselves - from 2 to 7, and stiffening ribs in the first and second, second, third and subsequent tiers are arranged relatively to each other in staggered order.
EFFECT: increasing of its load-bearing capacity, rigidity, strength and stability.
